Upon completion in 2041, Yarrabilba will be home to approximately 45,000 people and have around 17,000 homes. A town centre, business park and a number of smaller centres are also planned through the 2,029 hectare site. A total of 11 schools are proposed, with Yarrabilba State Primary School and St Clare’s already open and the first state secondary school planned to open in 2020.

Lendlease plans to create more than 13,000 onsite jobs and mixed industry business area of approximately 100ha will accommodate a range of businesses.

Education

As a fully master planned community, there will be a total of 11 primary and secondary schools delivered as well as childcare facilities and school-based training programs.

St Clare’s Primary School was the first primary school to open in Yarrabilba, opening its doors in 2017 with kindergarten to year 4. The school will expand to years 5 and 6, to find out more visit website.

Train
